The Tunis International Center for Digital Cultural Economy aims to develop and support employment and contribute to the make Tunisia more known through new modern creations.

It represents a modern incubator for launching new institutions and for supporting the already existing ones especially those using modern technologies in cultural innovation. It is also a center for training, research and documentation in the field of digital culture and a laboratory for administrative renewal and a destination for the development of the cooperation relations and partnership with the actors in its field of intervention.
